Terms of service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SyncX Pro Inc. (“we”), the company that runs Blue Check Invoice (“Blue Check”). By creating an account or using Blue Check you agree to them. If you use Blue Check for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us right away at support@bluecheckinv.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Your content
Your business details, clients, invoices and templates belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Blue Check for you — for example, to make a PDF and email it to your client. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including prices and tax, and for having the right to use your clients’ information and any logo or design you upload.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Blue Check to send spam or unwanted email, to send fake or misleading invoices, for anything illegal, or to try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may limit, pause or close an account that does, including pausing its email sending when clients report it as spam.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan includes 5 invoices a month and some limits on email sending. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly or yearly in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
- The 14-day trial is free, once per business. When it ends you move back to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.
- If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, their payment terms also apply and you manage the subscription there.
Tax and accounting
Blue Check helps you add the right sales tax and keep records, but it is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Check with your accountant if you’re unsure how to charge or report tax.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Blue Check running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important that you pay for, we’ll tell you first.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Export anything you want to keep first. We may close an account that breaks these terms or that hasn’t been used for over two years, with notice by email where we can. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.
Limits on our responsibility
Blue Check is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, SyncX Pro Inc. is not responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for late or missing payments from your clients, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes we’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Blue Check after that means you accept the new terms.
